Families with Children from China (FCC) is a nondenominational organization of families who have adopted children from China. The purpose of FCC is to provide a network of support for families who’ve adopted in China and to provide information to prospective parents. The purpose of this site is to consolidate the information that has been put together by the families of FCC, in order to make it easier for future parents to consider adopting from China. FCC also tries to provide pointers to other adoption and China related resources available on the Web.

Families for Russian & Ukrainian Adoption (FRUA) is an international parent support network for families who have adopted or are in the process of adopting from the former Soviet Union. These republics include Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Krygyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Tadzhikistan, as well as Russian and the Ukraine. This group also includes families who have adopted children from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland and other Eastern European countries. The organization was started in 1993 and has grown to almost 2,000 member families and a database of 4,000. Regional chapters cross the country, with scattered members worldwide.

YellowBridge is a guide to Chinese language, culture, and entertainment from a Chinese American perspective. Our goal is to provide a cultural bridge to anyone interested in getting an insider’s view of Chinese civilization as well as to enhance the Chinese American experience.
Organization of Chinese Americans
Founded in 1973 as the Organization of Chinese Americans, OCA aims to embrace the hopes and aspirations of nearly 13 million Asian Pacific Americans in the United States.
OCA is engaged in organizing its over 80 chapters and affiliates across the nation to develop both leadership and community involvement. OCA chapters and our organizational and college affiliates are establishing strong local programs in all parts of the country.
China Children’s International
Founded in 2011, China’s Children International (CCI for short) is one of the first international support, networking, and community organizations created by and for Chinese adoptees. In 2020, CCI incorporated in the United States as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and connecting adult Chinese adoptees from around the world.
Adoptees of South America
This is an online community for adoptees 18 and older with ties to the Latin Countries. Led by adoptees, this webpage (also on Instagram) offers not only a variety of resources, but also a community on zoom and Facebook. It is led by three adoptees – two from Ecuador and one from Colombia.
Parents of Latin American Children (PLAC)
The mission of PLAC is to enhance knowledge and pride of the cultural heritage of the children adopted in Latin America. They offer a summer camp called “La Semana,” which is for kids in elementary through high school. During the camp, children can share a week with other Latin American adopted children, as well as bring along their non-Latin American siblings!
