SWAN Program Director
Patti Farrell graduated from West Chester University with a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in social services for over 
20 years, specifically working with children and families for the last 15 years. Patti has 12 years experience working in adoption providing home studies, post placement, program management and post permanency services. She is trauma-informed, family centered and committed to the families she serves. Patti was promoted to SWAN Program Director in June 2020. Patti is passionate about helping families to grow and supporting permanence for children.
