Social Worker
Jorge Falconi joined the Madison Adoption team in fall of 2017. He attended Rutgers University where he graduated in 2007 with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. Jorge’s experience includes mentoring youth with behavioral challenges, adults with developmental disabilities, and child protective services. His strengths include reframing behavioral expressions, highlighting strengths, and utilizing community resources in assisting families through hardships. Jorge is very passionate about connecting with children and families, understanding their needs, and helping them towards a positive union. He also has an adopted pit bull named Lola.
