Systems Specialist / Post Adoption Report Coordinator
Heather Iacono was hired as a Data Base Administrator for Madison Adoption Associates in 2014 in the Delaware office. Heather graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She was lucky enough to have been home with her four children while they were young. She previously worked at St. David’s Episcopal Day School as an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher. Prior to having children, she worked at Wilmington Trust Company as a Senior Human Resources Officer specializing in Compensation.
Heather is happily married with 4 children: Nicholas, twins Christian and Joseph, and Michaela. She enjoys running, reading, baking, and watching her children play many sports! This position is a perfect blend of the professional world with her love of children!
