Adoption Assistant
Erica Conte joined Madison Adoption Associates in May 2015 as a Caseworker Assistant. Erica was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. She graduated fr
om DelTech Community College with an Associate Degree in Human Services. She interned at the Ronald McDonald House of DE, assisting the social worker and offering families comfort as their children faced terminal illness. She also spent a semester at Heartland Hospice working one-on-one with elderly patients and shadowing the Bereavement Counselor. Prior to coming to MAA, she was certified to teach preschool and worked at St. David’s Episcopal Day School for over 5 years. While there, she enjoyed teaching 3-5 year olds and watching them reach amazing milestones in their growth and socialization. Through her schooling and professional experience Erica’s heart has grown for children, those in need, and walking beside them through their journey.
Erica is extremely excited to be a part of the MAA team in finding loving families and bringing hope to children around the world.
